Challenge

Shop LIFT specialises in revitalising empty shop fronts, through the use of 3D graphics we create a 3D CGI image of what a potential store in the High Street could look like. The concept of ‘Shop LIFT’ was developed to enhance the look of vacant shops, attract new business and offer commercial agents the ability to advertise lease opportunities in a new and exciting way.

Approach

From approval of artwork the 3D images can be printed on removable vinyl, contravision or applied to foamex boards. The Letting agents contact details are designed within the store concept. The graphic is then printed and then applied to the windows of the vacant store.

Results

The result is a more attractive high street, showcasing the potential for new businesses within the high street. This is a proven concept. ‘Sugar Cube’ coffee house was designed and applied to the Cube Building in Edinburgh. The store was then seen by the property scouts from Starbucks who thought this would be an ideal location for a new Starbucks. This site has been trading for over a year.
